All Product Items delivery depends on product availability otherwise replaced with the same cost product. We will not guarantee any specific color and design; it depends on availability.
Disclaimer : Actual product may differ a bit due to photo shoot, lighting effect and resolution.
Amount of any order is not refundable.
Fix time delivery may not apply during festive season, National and State holidays.
All orders are accepted only after fully advance payment.
Valentines Day We Do Not Give any Fix time Delivery Grantee. Midnight delivery – delivery will be done between 10 PM to 1 AM
1. Who is Onlineservicewala.in?
Onlineservicewala.in is online flower, cake and gift delivery portal in India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.
2. Delivery Timings:
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.
Regular delivery – We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment form, we will try our best to honour the client’s request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in timing of delivery.
Fix time Delivery – We do not guarantee any fix timed delivery, we will try our best to honour the client’s request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in timing of delivery. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment form,
Midnight delivery – delivery will be done between 11 PM to 1 AM
Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs etc., the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances
For Valentine Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 1 AM
3. Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Onlineservicewala.in team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.
4. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.
5. Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 20% are applicable on all cancellation requests
Delivery Product: The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non-availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of colour of flowers due to non-availability shall also considered under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.
7. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 12 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
8. Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. E.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn’t accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) Onlineservicewala will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
9. Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We however reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified colour) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Onlineservicewala.in finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behaviour from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
12. Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.
13. All courier items will be shipped using Blue Dart or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9am – 7pm and may take 3-9 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
14. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
15. Onlineservicewala.in may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Carnal.
16. These Terms and Conditions, together with Onlineservicewala.in cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Onlineservicewala.in with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Onlineservicewala.in with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) or recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain uncontrollable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be sought from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs. It shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.
For same day deliveries orders have to be placed before 4:00pm on the same day. All orders made after that will be delivered latest by next day.

– In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet same day in the same city, details of which are available with our customer support numbers
– Delivery of alcohol/wine is subject to local laws, e.g. Gujarat
Substitution Policy:

VALENTINE’S DAY
The cut off time for guaranteed Valentine’s Day delivery is the day before 14th of February. Due to the large volume of orders Onlineservicewala will be delivering for Valentine’s Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may be delivered the next day of Valentine’s Day
Onlineservicewala.in – Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to onlineservicewala@gmail.com

Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at onlineservicewala@gmail.com
Refund shall be made under following conditions:
Order was cancelled.
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
c. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
In case of Cancellation, 20% charge will be applicable.
Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
Any extra amount credited to Onlineservicewala account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Onlineservicewala shall have the deciding hand.
